When you become a Sif user as a parent for the first time, we collect and store your information(your email, phone, full name, age, gender, profile photo, etc.) in order to better serve you.

At no point in time we’d collect any personally identifiable information pertaining to your kids, fully in line with COPPA regulations.

We rely on opaque tokens provided by Apple Screen time API and other high end opaque tokens which make it impossible to carry your data outside your family unit. Only devices enrolled in your family sharing can see the activity of the enrolled kids. We’d like to reinforce that no one else can see your kids personally identifiable data, not us, not Apple nor any third party developers or advertisers.

We’re using NFT as the transaction mechanism for kids, these are tokens which work on the ERC721 mechanism or equivalents. These token standards provide complete anonymity to NFT holders. For all intents and purposes the NFT holders would always be very large 42-character hexadecimal addresses and never names, ages, phone numbers, social handles, email addresses or physical addresses in our system or other connected systems.

We’re using the privacy aspects afforded by blockchain to the fullest extent and we have no plans of simplifying access for the purposes of product, game or content targeting to kids.

1. Information that we collect.

1.1. When you become a Sif user for the first time, we collect and store your information(your email, phone, full name, age, gender, profile photo, etc.) in order to better serve you.

Depending on how you use Sif Home’s services, you might provide us with data from which it would in theory be possible to identify your children. This would occur if you (i) use an email address from which it is possible to identify you; (ii) use your children’s names to identify the children’s devices that are controlled by Sif Application; and (iii) the combination of your name and your children’s names is sufficient to identify the children. We do not use this data and the only purposes for which any person has access to it are those which are a necessary part of maintaining and developing Sif’s products.

If you make any direct purchases from us (that is, purchases not made through an app store), your credit card or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by the payment processors with which we work.
